i see this error on the forums but no answers

Settings seem to be ok (login.uoforever.com), so I click "OK" and get my next error, same as the first one:
"Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed"

I click OK again, and the final fatal error occurs:
"Unable to launch the client specified. (Error: UNKNOWN ERROR) TwoD: "-null-"


tried running repair got same thing,
re downloaded got samething
