I can't install UOF on my new Laptop

Hello,
I've downloaded the launcher for UOF on my new Win11 Laptop but I just get a message that Windows Defender Smartscreen won't let me open a dangerous file.
I tried turning Smartscreen off but I still get the same message and it won't run the launcher.
I tried restarting my Lappy but the same message comes up.
I'm not sure what to do ?
Anyone else get this problem on new puters ?
It runs fine on my old Lappy ...
