How to raise DEX

I don't know how this is possible, but after having all stats maxed at 225 total, I rearranged some stats and they somehow ended up at 100/84/40. I can't raise DEX the extra point up to 85 where I want it. I have tried snooping as some people say all the way to 50 skill from 0 with no DEX gain. Any other methods?

Are you sure your dex is not locked? Are you sure you're not wearing a platemail gorget? That piece of armor gives a -1 penalty to dex, so if you're not wearing one I got no idea what might be up.

You don't actually need to gain skill in order to raise stats. Just set Dex to raise and either str/int to lower and snoop someone, you'll gain dex
