How to contact a GM

So I went to deposit my loot and gold after a dungeon run and noticed that my stash of gold in my bank is just, well, gone. Not sure what happened to it. I know I never pulled it out of the bank as I use the command withdraw to remove gold. I suppose I could have mistakenly withdrawn the wrong amount and had it stolen from me, but I am not so sure of that.

The only thing I can think of that could have made it disappear is that I remember going to a vendor and buying 40 shafts while I had 0 gold in my inventory, but selected something like 100 (not paying attention and just increasing the amount to the max). I saw some error message after the purchase indicating an invalid selection was made. I was surprised the purchase succeeded considering I had no gold in my inventory, but didn't think anything of it.

The amount I had in my bank was 40k. While it may have not been a lot, it is a lot of this newbie after a couple days of saving. I am wondering if I could get in contact with a GM and see about getting my lost gold back?

Thanks

Did you say "deposit"? Here, you can buy goods without having gold on you from a vendor, but also deposit your money into the account where you cannot see the gold, but it's still there (saves you bank space instead of having gold piles and checks). Say "balance" and see. If you really want your gold, just "check X" where X is the amount and create checks that way.

Hehe no. I think it's a UOF thing (I've seen it on other shards though). Production may have added it later, but not when I was playing it.
