How do i get BODs

Try a different npc. You should have it in the menu if you have the required skill level. Occasionally, you may accidentally get the blacksmith/tailor guildmaster. For some reason, they do not hand out BODs.

60 should be enough, although the quality of the deeds will be relatively low. I use The Right Fit in East Britain for my tailoring BODS and the Crafting Area for my smith BODS. I know that Rimon the Weaver and Atheron the Tailor both give out BODS. Laraine the Blacksmith and Davene the Blacksmith both give out BODS.
If you can't get BODS from those NPC's there has to be something else going on with your character.

yep, i needed 60 for bods. My Bulk Order Info option didn't show up until my tailoring was 60.1... it may have just been on a slight delay though.
