House Storage Increase Deed

I'm a little confused. Just as an example. If you have a house with a max storage off 1000 and you buy one of these deeds which should increase by 50%, is your storage now 1500? It's confusing because it says the cap is 50% but you need to apply the deed 10 times?

Deed only increases house storage by 5%. Buying 10 of them would increase house storage a total of 50% and that's the most you can use.

So you'd go from 1000 to 1050 storage using one deed.

if u were to sell a house with these kind of add ons does it xfer to the next owner?

They do xfer, however it seems people really don't value the increases as much as they actually cost.

Ya just like anything else id assume that. just good to hear if I did the upgrade it isn't a total loss.

Yeah it's a pretty hefty cost and not really worth it ubless your house has tons of storage and the increase in actual storage is more significant. My 30x30 has 10,000 storage so the 5% is 500 storage increase which is good.
