Here is the wiki for Slayer armor. There are no runics for metal crafted armor. http://www.uoforum.com/wiki/index.php?title=Slayer_Armor

for leather you get the spined, horned, and barbed runic kits that give some pretty substantial stats, but nothing slayer like. i made a full horned leather armor set that gives more AR than a full leather invulnerabitly set
