Single runes used to make superslayer types can go for 2-4k gold each depending. Single runes used to make fey slayer or something can be worth basically nothing by itself. Most people save up their runes and sell them in bulk for 1k per rune. You can find deals a little lower or you can find them a little higher also, but I think 1k is about average per rune in bulk deals.
