Gloves covered in congealing blood

Bought these off a guildie who got em an idoc a while ago. Wondering more of the history/rarity than the price so if anyone knows anything about them please share!

They are from the Warden in asylum, theoretically they still drop. I remember a full armor set was being sold for 5mil by Dodzilla of $ guild. Not sure how many sets are out there, maybe @Bobby123 can help you.
