Gargoyle Race not working?

i keep trying but the character is always a human, is this a bug, or is the race unplayable?

only humans playable here man this server is based on a much older UO before alot of the trash was added.

No gargs
No ninjas
No necro
and 100% no gay fucking elfs.

Thanks man. Couldn't find any answers. any idea what expansion the server runs on?

its loosly base around UOR pre tram, pre Lost lands but its very custom we have khal and terekeep + some custom dungeons. aswell as tons of custom systems galleons/rdas ect ect.
