Focus vs. Dispersion for meta mages. One is strictly a better version of the other. Focus is worse. It kinda plays into the name but any chance it could give a brief Meditation skill boost as well? Magery/Eval boosts seem a little too much and play into the PvP aspect, I fear. I don't know what's reasonable but 120 or 150 meditation at level 10 with equal improvements on every relic level up seems like a good start? Thoughts?

Exactly. Every other relic feels balanced. What do you think would be a good Meditation bonus, numbers-wise? Or do you mean passive and permanently active while the talisman is active?
