Not sure if your current cash flow... but I think the meta dye for ice white is still available on the dono vendor.

I looked the other day Salsa, and I didn't see any Meta Dye there.. maybe I'm loonie, but I was curious about the same thing... Last I was told only way to get the Pure White Meta Drag was from Egg

I think the only meta dyes are MotM and 3 others: a red, purple and pink I believe

pure white came off dono vendor, it was like 15-20k for it. i think i have seen 2 dragons pure white.

Not to split hairs, but I think there is a difference between "pure white" and "ice white".

there is a ice blue dragon egg that drops, no other "ice" or white egg drops, there is 800-900 hue that is greyish

what hue# is it?
1150 is "ice white"- tailor bod cloth and a donation dye hue
1153 is pure white is on sold sink vendor for 500k per yard
1154 is "ice blue" which is tailor cloth and a dragon egg
outside of those, this could be a unique hue from a event or something...
