Easter Event Questions

I liked this event idea kind of disappointed that veruca salts of this shard are buying hundreds of eggs to win it. I think it would be really funny if they made all the prizes cost one point it would be a fitting end to a wonderful event and so funny to hear all the Easter egg buyers whine and complain how they wasted millions on a prize that one egg farmed and turned in could buy

There's only one thing i like more than killing the blue scum that infests this shard - GOD DAMNED STATUES!

I highly recommend a tour of my castle grounds - admission is free for the whole family, but you may not leave alive...

I have a rune to your courtyard, I can take the tour any time I like.

I hope you enjoy your future gift of 600 dragons, seems to me like only one of us won't be leaving your courtyard alive.

how can you srsly complain? if you farm eggs and sell them you are making more gold from these top players (myself included) than you have made from any other event. i wouldnt doubt 40 mil thrown into newbies hands for eggs already.

come on its a win win for everyone.

i sold my first 100 eggs @ 40k each! unbelieveable prices! that was just from farming first day,

@FAMARA what i was saying is that is all fine I was not complaining about the event what I was saying was it would be funny if that is what happened because of all the gold people spent on buying them. I.am sure that selling Easter event eggs was not what the staff intended for the event. Don't get me wrong I don't care that people made gold off of the event just think it would be funny if that happened.

chests? i killed so many but got only 4-5

during xmas/halloween event i got so many chests...

Yea they definitely changed the drop rate. I've got one chest so far. 35 eggs, 2 dyes.
With that amount of kills during Xmas I would have got 5-10 chests.

It took me 283 pack llama kills to get the statue, I'm hoping your 600 dragons will produce a blaze dragon.

Next year maybe make it so money cant win. Eggs dropped on spawn are bound to you, only you can pick em up/ turn them in. And they're blessed, so no gank squads roll up on new players to the shard trying to take part in what should be a fun, inclusive event.
Winner is the person who actually, personally hunted and farmed their eggs.. and nerf the drop % if there is more than 1 tamed pet attacking the spawn. Not lots, just a little so that tamers dont end up running the event. My 2 cents

You mean the winner is who has the most time to play? I mean... Buying to win an event is dumb, yes.. But making it so only people who have the most available time win is just as bad. It's a lose-lose. Can't please everyone. At least with this event, the rich players are essentially handing out gold to players in exchange for Easter eggs.

Just sell your current eggs then? i've put in a big amount of effort for these (for the possible statues) which seriously cut my pvp/pking time. BUT instead of crying knowing that i won't be able to beat the 20 hour a day power gamers for the top egg counts, I WAS PRODUCTIVE and SOLD said eggs for a VERY LARGE profit, way more than i'd get from doing or taking spawns.

People who put the most time/effort - be that farming OR buying the eggs deserve the rewards.

same thing as last year it was intended. dont underestimate the thought process of our staff.

I don't see what the big deal is if people buy all their eggs or they farm them up, what is the big deal? If it bothers you that someone can buy eggs and beat you out, then maybe you should buy some as well. It really should not matter to anyone buying or farming.

As for the chest not dropping as often, I think that is better that way, bc on xmas event I have like 80 or 90 chest from it. with only 2 statues, 1 red 1 green. Id rather the drops bit a bit rarer, that way there won't be as many statues. I personally haven't bothered much to get many egg's bc I was not really interested in any of the rewards as I assumed they would be same or similar to last years which none peak my interest.

I can't remember what the rewards were, I think the event only ran on the weekend which was a working weekend for me.

I turned in five eggs, got a firework, and used it at the bank. I said "wow, l33t" and logged off lol.
