Dungeon altars with crystal turn-ins.

I'll be short and sweet. With many people trying to do a spider these days the great majority of power scrolls go right into the relics used for spiders. This makes it increasingly more difficult for players who are legitimately trying to raise a skill past 100 to find their desired scroll available. I propose that the dungeon crystal turn-in altars in Hythloth, Covetous and Destard award one power scroll to every turn in/boss kill and but also keep the chance for a relic to appear in your bank. This would add a few more power scrolls into circulation but not so many that it would be problematic or mess up the market for them.

Not a bad idea, but the alters are already timed and zerged by the big guilds (with the exception of hytloth). I think we just need more end game content to drop scrolls. More champs, more RDA's, more something, maybe a new raid type system?
