Dragons and other mobs> skill scrolls [wrong table loot]

Table loot need some fix imho


Arch Ice fiend and Ice fiend : should have a chance of ss (arch ice fiend should also have a chance of rare drop? maybe another hue Polar Bear Mask?)

Dragons ( normal , elder ,) should have a chance of rare ss or rare drop, Dragons are one of the "best" mob of the fantasy game, and right now is not so worth to kill them, its not crying.. why we all have to kill blood and titans to get ps..give some love to dragons ;)

btw killing an elder dragon is really more hard then kill a blood vortex\elemental with less loot..

boss Gilbarta in Spider cave just drop 500gp?

boss monkey queen in spider cave outside drop 0 gold and no good item\rare drops?:)


pls player add your "wrong loot table" hint in this thread :)

Dragons do drop hearts that are pretty decent gp....I would like to see ss on them but....I also just like killing them so I'm biased

he probably means it's not worth the time it takes for the amount of gold,
the monkey queen is a giant spider located thru a passage in the south west end of the blighted grove

i know.. i mean..is a quite strong mob.. he need some gold\good drops.. instead 0 gold and crap item in the loot :p

as said..maybe we need some table loot revisitation?:)


maybe a wereables on elders?:)
or maybe some SS on every dragz:)

I've got one east and one south of the giant webs, and there only one other that I know of. I don't know if they drop unless it is GM controlled at the time, both of mine came from a seer controlled spider ages ago.

Not every higher in mob needs to drop ss. I enjoy the loot tables as they are. I see a good variety. Some mobs have low gold high ss chance (matriarchs and liches). Some mobs have high gold and no chance of ss (ancient liches and Pyro elementals). It allows you to switch things up. I see no reason to add ss to dragons or demons or ice fiends. As far as adding Rares on mob drop, I see no problem there.

^^ agree. I hunt dragons a lot, but lets be honest. if it wasnt for the elder dragons and dragon paragons we could just sit there all day getting skill scrolls and rares off the dragons. I dont know about u guys...but when I get near an elder I tend to get away, not worth the time it takes to kill it (plus the damn near insta death if it targets u). its these creatures that keep it balanced. am I making sense?

elder dragons flame like 90hp and drop 1k :) ..its just what im saying.. some mob need some loot improvement..im not saying that we need dragons or other mobs become a ss supermarket.. but just a balance with other mob that are strong less or same level

Generally, I agree that the loot tables could use some adjustment. But I disagree about dragons.

Dragons also have a probability to drop those big dragon head decorations (which are pretty cool). I've only seen it drop once but then the server reverted and I lost it.

Also, keep in mind that dragons are the best supply of barbed leather, which is very valuable to a tailor (2 dragon kills give you enough for a full barbed leather suit).

And dragons are all over the place. Like someone above mentioned, if dragons dropped SS, then people would just farm them like crazy because they are easy to find and aren't that difficult to kill honestly.

Id personally like to see some loot changes too, if nothing else just for a change of pace. IE I feel ancient liches should still have SS chance even with the increased gold, its a fairly tough mob...

how u know about higher chance dropping polar bear? maybe a polar bear like light light blue or dark grey should be really nice :)
