no you can't, they are hue 1175 you can't dye boots that hue.

We had a high request for some REALLY high end items on the donation vendor that will appear maybe once every year-2 years on there.

This is what i thought would be ideal for that, that is why their so expensive. Some people have like 80k coins sitting in their bank i know..
