deep water dragons

So - was wondering... is taming needed for the deep water dragon? And, you would stable it just like any other pet correct? Where do the deep water dragons spawn? Are the on the sea in random areas?

Found one last night and sorry wont tell u where i found it.
Its like a normal dragon but can fly on water.

u can use them on land also, does not matter.
but there is easyer to do "champs" at sea with them
