co owners secure in house

Is it possible for co-owner to secure stuff in a house? Im sharing a house with a friend and I would like my friend to be able to secure stuff as well if she wants to. Now she only can move stuff around lock it down, then wait for me to logg in so I can secure. Same goes vice versa in her house.

Unfortunately they cannot.

Would be great if it could work.
She has to wait til I logg in and I have to move around the chests and secured stuff they way she wants it
Should be able to have two owners of the house or coowner could do anything the owner can do. The owner should be able to accept that co owners have the same rules as the owner when clicking on the sign.

Just have her set it up as lockdowns and then when your available, come online, unlock them and secure them. Viola, takes like 10 seconds

To explain better, she can lock down but just not secure containers. If she sets up the setup the way she wants via Lockdowns, you can simply come behind the other person with 2 macro's, I wish to release this, I wish to secure this, and just release / re-secure all the containers in their specific area with co-owner status. Shouldn't really take longer than a few seconds plus the other person gets to set up the containers the way they want them.
