They usually come in block form, then once used you can re-deed back to a deed, but never get it to block form again.

it will be interesting to see what the dynamic is behind the deeds on UOF afterwards, since they are a faction item. will the deeds retain the hue, i suppose they probably will, but dyeable deeded items such as curtains do not hold color apon turning into deeds and then being replaced.
but it seems like they would have encountered that problem during initial testing so im sure it must be solved.
