Char Crash

Hi everyone.
I am playing this great game for only a month. (I have to mention that i played before)
I created only one account and 3 chars.
When my main char was west of britain, the game crushed. After that everytime i tried to log in with this char, the game crushes instantly. But in the same account with other chars i am havin no roblem logging in and playing.
Is there anythin to help me please.

OK! Problem solved. I totally uninstalled and deleted the game. And reinstall from the begining.
It is solved.

also next time this happens, try and get a gm via in game page to move the character, that will also fix the problem
AND
im wondering if you delete that characters profile folder, if that will also solve the problem.
