Can place house w/ tool but not deed

Hello All,

My account is at 1240 show real skill points and I have been in game for 30 hours now. I finally farmed enough gold to buy a house. I have a house placement tool but I found out I could buy a deed much cheaper in Moonglow. So I purchased a small house deed.

My problem is the tool will allow me to place a house but the deed says I am too young to place a house. I dont want to spend the money all over again by placing with the tool. Any idea why this would happen and how I can fix it so I can use my deed?

It sounds like you have met the requirements as long as you mean 30 hours actually logged in when you say that's how long you have been "in game".

Do you still have (young) player status? I have seen people post that they placed houses while they still had (young) but those posts are pretty old. Rules may have changed when there were complaints about people abusing (young) status.
