Bowyer exceptional chance

Hi, so I am currently a gm bowyer and am considering raising it so I have a better % for exceptional bows. At gm its 58.8% for exceptional bow, was just curious if anyone has the % for 110, 115, or 120. Thanks much!

There are no fletching powerscrolls.

Haha ya I figured that out=) Sort of lame though, I made about 3k wood and got a bunch of slayers, and only 1 was exceptional. And people ***** and say that 10k for a respond bow is too high.

Hopefully with this new wood, they will consider adding fletching ps
