Boiling Blood...

A pirate from last night's invasion handed me a blessed "boiling blood" while it was attacking me. Did everyone get these as hand outs?
He told me to place it in my house if I was lucky enough to find it in my back pack. It is just a tiny spec so I had to empty my back back to find it.
It has a boiling blood animation only when you place it in your home. Pretty cool item.
