Blazed Stone 0/100 won't charge

Question. How do i get the stone to charge? I have 0/100 monster kills and nothing that I've killed will charge it? Cyclops titans ogre lords lich Kaltivel Drake and nothing ....

Only the char that created the stone can charge it. Did you start it on one char then transfer it?
