Have a very nice smaller house for sale on ice island. No neighbors close by, just a castle to the left. Right on the water and a few screens the other way is a mining cave and tons of mining. Lots of polar bears and other animals to the north to work on taming. There is a few orcs that come wandering by once in awhile. There is more room if you want to place a larger custom plot. 7x12 looks like it would fit easily but haven't tried myself. Start bidding at 100k and go from there.
