Isnt the arms lore bonus applicable only to pvm?

Yes but seems hit chance across the board is way down. However its hard to really tell if its anecdotal or not.

So Im still getting worked by simple dragons while wearing a full runic suit. Is the AR and hit chance truly a mistake? Are there any updates in the works to fix it? Or are we to just abandon dexxer builds.?
