There was already a thread about this and showing all locations although i think none of them spawn. Not sure. Supposedly they do now but i gave up looking a longgggg time ago. Easier to just farm the 150k and buy it lol

Bonsai trees come from the seeds off of the lady of the snow I think. Not very rare.

Pretty sure the potted plant is available in the dono vendor as well.
