The house is located at a cool swamp spot with no neighbors within a few screens. It is also by far the closest house to the currently walled location (new dungeon maybe?) in the east.

It will run for a few days, I will update the exact end date later. Recalling will be enabled at some point but currently it is not possible to mark runes to the island and you can only exit/enter through the tunnel.

if you are on a house plot you can gate out of booty island. On a side note you can also ride a mount on a house plot
