Selling a small classic home that was planted when a 14x14 IDOC collapsed. Screenshot below shows the current house, and a pic of the previous IDOC:
As you can see, it's about a 1.25 second jog to guard zone, and just a tiny jaunt to the Yew bank (and many vendor houses of course).
Asking 200k, which is a deal considering location, but taking into account the fact that you'll have to pay for the new plot if upgrading. Would make a great vendor mall well away from the clutter of the others, yet not out in the middle of nowhere.
