Selling this 18x18 located in the swamps north of Trinsic. There is no blockage around the plot. There is spawn but it is a rather handy one! There are many lizardmen around which makes this a perfect spot to farm March's Monster of the Month. Even more conveniently, there is also a Terathan spawn a couple of screens east for November's Monster of the Month.
