Little background i'm tired of refreshing and honestly don't play. Giving away the gold and whomever wins auction is going to get a nice payday as well as this thing has lots of value both visible and not visible.

Just north of yew gate. Tons of regs, ingots, full library, full dye tub set, about a dozen potted plants and many other rares. Selling it fully loaded down.

I really don't want to list everything as i'm wanting to put as little work into this as possible.

Please keep all bidding on forums. Any PM bids will be ignored. Anything less than gold amount, and/or Buyout will be ignored. If someone says "i'll buy", that does not count. Has to be gold amount and/or Buyout in comments.

Dang! I hate being poor. Id sell my soul to have this place. Maybe I shouldnt be so generouse and give all my gold and goodies away so freely. Good luck to you in any future endevors you participate in.
