Looks to me like the momentum from being the first major MMORPG died 1 year after trammel, because I'm sure there were Darsus type players who owned 10 accounts and it took them 1 year to realize what everyone else knew, that trammel was poison for the game. Players left for other reasons namely EQ which is why I bolded that line as well but trammel was a major contributing factor and only a trammy would say otherwise.
