House is for sale, I need bigger, but I sticked to it for so long because the location is great, there are no neighboor on same screen (some around, extremely quiet).
The most dangerous spawn you'll find there is... a snake, once in a while. There is a healer right next to the house (his name is Floyd, very nice), and you are 5 to 6 screens North East of the Yew moongate.
