Today Im selling my lovely plot, placed very close to Britain itself and just a 10 sec. run from Brit moongate.
The plot is place on the grass, in a nice secluded area, very close to main road. The house itself has a lot of traffic, so will do well for a vendor house as well.
It has been my fav. place to live in UO for the last 2 months, but Im looking for smth much bigger now, however I might miss the moongate location, as its been very convenient.
The plot is 11x11 with nearly 1300 storage.
Ill start the bids at 225k and let the auction run for 48 hrs.
The house is sold as a plot - if you want to keep the design - that will be 150K on top of the price.

So when I placed this I later made a design I liked, moved some stuff in and I just couldnt be bothered later
