WTS 10x15 - South of Trinsic. No Neighbors on screen. Very secluded. 3 Hell Hounds spawn at the ruins right beside the house. Great place to design a beautiful house that looks like the ruins beside it with no ugly neighbor houses near by.

Walk outside your house tame the 3 hell hounds, kill them, go afk in your house, repeat. Or train up the firebreath relic!

Or just have a nice place to live with some spooky ruins.

285K - great price for a 10x15 with no overlap in a beautiful location.
