I have mining SS I could sell you, but instead.. I'm gonna help you save yourself some $.
Go to the orc caves. Go naked with a few shovels or pickaxes. Mine the floor and the rocks all around with your orc mask on. Watch for reds, and recall out at first sight of any.
But really, even if you die and lose all your ingots, it doesn't really matter because you'll be gaining quickly those last few mining points you need there. I know its fast in the orc dungeon as I went from 110 mining to 115 in about a half an hour. 45 minutes tops. And 90-GM will go even faster.
If you die 15 times, who cares? Just go right back. Also, the orc masks spawn on the ground there, so stash a few masks if needed. If you want the ingots you mine, recall and bank them often.
