Can anyone tell why does home crafting is less effective rather than at brit?!

Hello, Unfortunately cant' find a guide on skill gaining places. It is know that dungeon provides +50% skill gain bonus. However, what numbers are for: 1. Guarded town. 2. Unguarded town. 3. Just field/forest 4. Private house. Thanks!
