I think it was a side effect of smart target. I disabled and I don't experience the issue anymore.

Mages have mana though. Parry is built to ward physical dmg. It can block a stun punch btw.

Whenever I cast I cannot hold a spell for a decent amount of time. I keep getting "that is out of range" message when I try to target something or even myself. This happens with bandages too. It seems to be random because sometimes I cast okay but other times it ruins my flow of casting...
