Cannot start

The game will not start. I can click around on the "start" area of the launcher, and every now and then an exception will be thrown. This is a valid install. I can also start classic UO from the executable in that folder. Any ideas why I cannot run Forever?
The exception says it is for unknown software for Classic UO. I can start Classic UO. Is this what I am supposed to be using? I assumed I would be playing on UO Forever or something like that.
