Champ Spawn - who gets the power scrolls?

If I am there from the beginning killing mobs for an hour and then leave before the champ arrives can I still get a scroll? Or do I have to damage the champ at least a little to stand a chance of a scroll?

either or, it tells you who gets a scroll at the end now, so just sit back and watch and drop them at the end ^^

basically, its a mix of damage done to the champ and to the lesser spawn.

you can ebolt the champ like 1-3x and get a higher ranking than someone who was there from lv 1.

Thanks for the reply, by them using the word 'mixture' does this mean I must at least damage the champ a little?

Basically I want to just be at a champ from the beginning and kill lots of mobs then leave before the champ appears....

if you leave the area before the champ appears you have 0% chance of getting a scroll
and 0% scroll chance if you are a ghost when the champ dies
and its a calculation based on damage done to spawn with a bonus chance for damage to the boss

We had some dude simply hit the champ a couple of times and killed no spawn. He had more points that us and got a scroll... Go figure

It used to be 1 for Top Damage to Boss / 1 for Top Damage to Spawn / 1 for Random Yeah good point though it tells you who gets scrolls now apparently which is gonna be problematic lol considering they are not blessed so I cannot wait to hear all the new crying from loosing scrolls

It is just as easy as zerging and killing the people that it states got a scroll lol either way it is UO

i already informed @Alan about this long before uosteam is allowed again but meh he told me its not possible but the fact it is..

If that was the case, then pks would run the champs. Instead I see 20+ blue zerging trammies with 10 dragons.
