At the Simoneau Trade vendor house there's a well stocked vendor called "Bendy's Carpentry". You can find all the house add-ons from there and good price.
***Instructions to Simoneau Trade vendor house***
From Vesper take the North bridge near the bank and follow the road. Vendor house will be located on your left, near the river.
From Minoc, go past the Mount Kendall, over the East bridge and follow the road until you will see our trade house on your left, near the river.
