Windows defender keeps deleting steam

How do I make windows defender stop blocking and deleting steam? I guess it could be malware bytes doing it...not sure. Ugh.

for it to have blocked it, at one time a warning had to come up and ask you to deny or allow and you must have chose deny by accident. so now u have to go into windows defender into where it saves all the blockes sites and remove uosteam from the list
