Came back after a small break, dealt with Kiki a lot before, wondering if anyone has taken his place in the real estate world?

@Kiki is unfortunately not playing at the moment. He dips onto the forums every now and then but I haven't seen him for a while :( I'm trying my best to fill Kiki's boots but they are big boots to fill!

Yea he was good for the server, to bad to hear Hees not with us, and yes I can imagine there big boots. well Parsnip, ur name is familiar to me, dunno if it's a good thing or bad. You mostly deal with high end housing?

Yea, I aim to sell just max storage or above and nicely located smaller properties (e.g. Hidden Valley). Are you looking to buy, trade or sell a plot?

Not 100% sure yet, got a small tower outside of skara that I think I would like to sell and upgrade, or just keep and have a 2nd. I don't do custom housing (no time) unless the location is great. So classic homes is what I'm more looking for. More of a location guy, Neer a bank or town, Neer moon gates or a gy. Thinking of putting a vendor up so somewhere that gets some traffic. Low to no spawn unless it's a good spawn (no swamps). And I'm not rich so I'm not looking for a keep or a million dollar home. Marble patio has always been my goal house, but villas are nice, and if the location is sweet I have no problem squatting in a small tower. Obviously I'm not looking for all of those things, but one or the other. Let me know.

I'll put my house hunting cap on and see what I can find for you. Any particular towns you prefer?

Thanks man, no rush, just thought I'd get the ball rolling. Glow, minoc, vesper, Brit.. My current small tower is approx 30 sec run south east along the road from skara docks. I just don't know skara to we'll. And close to dungeons I might think about to.
