Playing another server, I believe he was banned from uof for violating account count substantially.

Peeping is on league of legends and if I remember correctly, immortal said some things that were not okay. Yes he did get banned for multiple accounts but they let him come back.
Tom was banned once for having 100+ accounts, we let him come back.
He was warned a few times since that ban, then made some very poor choices such as spamming "praise 9/11" at the bank on independence day. Again, gave him warnings, let him continue on..
From there he generally continued to be toxic and the community is better off without people like that.
