Where do I go for Tech Support?

I have downloaded the game. I play it for a few hours. Shut down the computer, come back the next day, and then the game doesn't run.
I uninstall the program, reinstall, run the game for awhile, shut things down, and then it doesn't run again.
Where do I go to find the resolution to this problem?
