What mob have the best Veng chance?

Yep, use clubs all day. Cant use knives, dagers, pitchforks, crooks.
Also what the heck is a veng?
EDIT: You would probably be quicker if you just farmed the gold at your favorite farm spot and bought the vanq weps. Try to get them for <=8k per if you can.
