I found this after a "drow seer elf" was in the area...

It's a little green blob, looks like flour, but when clicked gives no name.

Gem dust? If you have a character with sufficient tinkering, you can double click various jewels and get a bunch of colors. Not sure what use it is though.

What is this dust and what can you make with it? What are the components needed it is telling me I don't have??

what i heard was this was junk that a gm spawned during a event and that has 0 use and will not have a use ever. Page a GM in game and ask, what i did.
