success rate to apply deadly poison at GM Poisoning?

20% inherently and an additional 25% (scaled to your skill) for poisoning skill.

Since I hit GM I haven't failed applying DP a single time. So.. May be 45% technically but it seems to be working in my favor. (I say that, now watch me kill myself next time )

Ohh I see. Then yeah, 45% seems pretty accurate. It's about every other successful hit, give or take, that the poison is applied to an enemy.
