Hey,
I was in a dungeon pvping some peeps.
When all of a sudden I was frozen... couldn't cast spells, couldn't do anything. This guy sat in one spot and mana dumped on me while I was completely defenseless and couldn't move. After I died, I was still frozen.
A few minutes later I got a message "You have been released."
What is that bull?
EDIT: And no it was not the help queue for a stuck character.
