Selling perfectly located 7x7 just north of the Vesper Bridge. Guard zone is on the same screen, so if you have a shop anyone who shops can stand in the guard zone for safety!
The green shaded area on the map indicates the guard zone. I have also shadowed in an alternative placement that I can place before selling to the buyer.
The alternative placement has the steps NOT covered by the trees, but is a few tiles back more. It's up to you depending on how close you want the house to the guard zone.
Immediately over the bridge there are two (2) mage shops, a stable and the Vesper Bank!
